Precision in every cut
Globalsider has 4 integrated cutting lines that enable the production of strips from 4 mm to 600 mm wide and 0.3 mm to 6 mm thick.
Very narrow, high-thickness strips can be produced (e.g. 18×5 mm – 19×6 mm) with tight cutting tolerances on width and thickness.
A calibration and edging mill allows us to supply strips up to 100 mm wide and 2 mm to 5 mm thick with particularly tight thickness tolerances of +/- 0,01 mm.

- Tight dimensional tolerances on both width and thickness
- Suitable for processing hot-rolled, cold-rolled and coated strips
Line dedicated to producing slit strips and cut-to-length blanks with the following features:
- Thickness: from 0.8 to 5 mm
- Widths: from 20 to 600 mm
- Lengths: from 50 to 6,000 mm
- High flexibility in handling special formats
- Clean, precise cuts with tidy edges
The calibration mill allows particularly tight tolerances for precision applications:
- Maximum width: 100 mm
- Thickness (calibration): da 2 mm a 5 mm
- Thickness tolerance: +/- 0,01 mm
- Edge-trimmed strips — max width: 100 mm
- Edge-trimmed strips — thickness: from 1.5 mm to 6 mm
The pneumatic arm manipulator makes it easier to handle coils during loading and unloading, ensuring:
